£224.75
Product Description:
Premium British rapeseed straw bedding for horses, Sundown Yellow offers superior absorbency and odour control with a dust-free, chopped formula ideal for stable environments across the UK. Each 25-pack pallet (475kg total) contains individually wrapped 19kg bales of double de-dusted British rapeseed straw, engineered for maximum durability and comfort.
Highly absorbent pithy inner core eliminates moisture and ammonia odours effectively, reducing stable maintenance time and extending bedding longevity. Eucalyptus fragrance naturally deters flies whilst keeping stables fresh. DEFRA-approved laboratory tested for quality assurance, Sundown Yellow suits all bedding systems—from traditional mucking-out to deep-litter methods.
Economical and eco-friendly: 100% locally-sourced British rapeseed straw minimises transport emissions and supports domestic agriculture. Fast-composting properties simplify waste disposal. Excellent coverage per bale reduces overall bedding costs without compromising horse welfare or respiratory health.
Dust-free performance year-round, even in summer humidity, makes Sundown Yellow ideal for horses with allergies or sensitive airways. Easy to handle, quick to spread, and composts within weeks for sustainable yard management.
