Here at Horseworld, we aim to deliver your equestrian essentials quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order processing + delivery timeframes

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Parcel orders: you can expect to receive delivery within 3-4 working days via our courier Royal Mail / Parcelforce. You will also recieve email or text tracking updates
Pallet orders: you can expect to receive delivery within 3-5 working days via our pallet courier UPN. Detailed delivery service timeframes can be found in the table below.

Delivery Costs

We deliver all across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail & Parcelforce.

Standard UK Delivery – £4.50 on orders under £55.00
Standard UK Delivery – FREE on orders £55.00 +

Pallet delivery zones & surcharges

The following charges relate to individual products sold in pallet quantities only (pallets of bedding, feed etc).

Please bear in mind that these products will arrive at your home on the back of a large truck equipped with a tail-lift and a hand pump truck for the driver to pull your palletised product off the vehicle. The driver will try and place the pallet where you want it. However, narrow entrances, gravel driveways, uneven or soft surfaces, and even moderate inclines are all obstacles that will restrict where the driver can drop your pallet. This may result in a kerbside delivery, and consequently, you are faced with physically moving the product to where you want it on your property.

You should notify us when placing an order of any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us from safely delivering your order.

For pallet orders, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

At this time, we do not deliver internationally – this includes the Channel Islands & Isle of Man.

Delivery Issues

Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect information.
