The original Rag-Fork has been designed to dig up ragwort plants easily. The ragwort plant has a large root structure and it is important to dig up the whole root to prevent re-growth. The unique shape and positioning of the tines cup the root ball and the unique fulcrum helps lever out the whole plant reducing the chance of re-growth. The Rag-Fork features the eazitools signature double cranked shaft which minimises the need to bend reducing the strain on the user's back.
The ragwort works in the hardest of soils and is effective at digging out ragwort rosettes and fully mature ragwort plants. The Rag-Fork is also good at digging up other common field weeds such as docks and thistles and is also a useful garden weeding tool.
